These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lowcodeapps.dev platform ("Service") operated by LowCodeApps ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Italy. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LowCodeApps.dev is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to design and deploy database-driven CRUD applications via a no-code interface. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial tier available at sign-up.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Paid subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are displayed at checkout. Billing and payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to all transactions. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting support.
New accounts receive a free trial with restricted table and database capacity. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trial restrictions are displayed within the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of all data you store in databases connected to the Service. We access your data only as necessary to provide and maintain the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service, including its visual design, interface, documentation, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of LowCodeApps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice for scheduled downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LowCodeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time via account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data retention on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email or by a notice within the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, except where EU consumer law provides otherwise.
This Privacy Policy explains how LowCodeApps ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use lowcodeapps.dev. We are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian data protection law.

Your data is primarily stored on servers within the European Union. Where transfers outside the EU occur (e.g., to Paddle), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active and for up to 2 years after deletion to fulfil legal obligations. Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian fiscal law. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

LowCodeApps operates a straightforward refund policy for paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record.
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment for a new subscription. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.
To request a refund, contact our support team within the 14-day window with your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel at any time in your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused months. Service access continues until the end of the paid annual period.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By actively using the Service (e.g., creating an application or connecting a database) within that period you acknowledge that service delivery has begun and expressly waive the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(a) of the Directive. If you have not used the Service, the full 14-day withdrawal right applies without condition.
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple accounts).
For refund requests or billing questions, contact us via the contact page. For issues directly related to payment processing, you may also contact Paddle support at paddle.com.
